Pearl has more than 25 years of experience working with students as Director of Guidance and Chairman of Special Education in a public high school. She has had her own thriving educational consulting practice since 1984 and has counseled over 1000 students toward meeting their goals. Pearl has conducted workshops for parents and teachers. She has published articles and has made numerous appearances on radio and television, speaking on educational issues.

Janet has been teaching and working with students at the college level for over 15 years. She was an adjunct professor of Marketing in the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Janet brings in-depth experience from inside the college culture and as a student advisor. She also adds her personal knowledge of the private school system. She is a member of the International Honor Society of Business and the International Honor Society of Economics.
